GroupConnect

At Redemption Story Church, we value and prioritize deep community relationships. One of the primary ways we foster this kind of community is through our Community Groups. Community Groups are a place to love God, love people, and make disciples together. If you are not part of a Community Group but would like to be, we invite you to GroupConnect, the primary means of connecting to a group.

Each month we will be holding a GroupConnect on the 4th Sunday of the month at 9:00 a.m. before our morning service. Registration for GroupConnect closes one week prior to the in-person meeting so that our staff can work with you behind the scenes to find a group that works for your schedule, location, etc. On the 4th week of the month, we will meet in person for GroupConnect. In this class, you will learn about life-giving gospel-centered community at RSC, how to be an engaged member of a group, and meet leaders and or members of the group that you have selected. Sign up below for our next GroupConnect!

Student Ministry

Our student ministry is one of the discipleship arms of the church. It’s where we practice what Christ has called us to do.

We meet every Wednesday night in the NextGen building from 6:30-8:30 p.m. During this time, we will have fellowship, games, bible study, and small group time. Our time on Wednesday nights is a time to equip your student to see the role that God has called them to play in our community of faith. We will learn to study the word, love God, love others, and make disciples. But we will also look at practical things like making decisions, what it means to be a godly child, how to listen to a sermon, and how to develop a love for missions.

All students from 6th grade to 12 grade are welcome! If you have any questions, please email Nick Rich at nrich@redemptionstory.com

Covenant Membership Class

Covenant Membership Class

As believers in Jesus Christ, we have been adopted into God’s family and given new identities as His children. While our spiritual family extends through time and includes brothers and sisters around the world, God has also given us the good gift of the local church to be a part of here and now. The local church is a group of believers living life together under the good authority of Jesus Christ and on mission to make disciples while continually growing in maturity themselves. Being part of this local church is voluntary - a joy and privilege we are invited into for our good and God’s glory. As Redemption Story Church, we long to be a family that lives out the Biblical example of the church, knowing we will do so imperfectly because we are sinful, broken people living in a fallen world. To that end, we sincerely and joyfully commit to being members of Redemption Story Church in hopes that God will make His name great in our community and among us.

Covenant Membership Class is the first step to becoming a member of Redemption Story Church. In this class, you will learn about our Mission, Statement of Faith, and Membership Covenant.

Class Date & Registration Link:

These registration forms are for one attendee only - couples must register separately to secure a place in class.

Childcare will be available for children birth - Kindergarten. Once you register an adult for the class a registration form for childcare will be sent in your confirmation email. If you have additional childcare needs, please indicate those in that form.

Covenant Members must be at least 16 years old and be a baptized believer in Jesus Christ.

Good Friday Service

Our Good Friday Service is a special time to gather and remember the arrest, trial, and crucifixion of Jesus. This somber service uses liturgy, Scripture readings, music, and lighting to remind us of the grief and pain Jesus endured to reconcile sinners to God. In taking time to intentionally remember and grieve these things, we better prepare our hearts for the celebration of Easter Sunday. Childcare will be available for children ages birth to 5th Grade.

Occurring 6 weeks before Easter, this 30-minute service is a time for us to recognize, grieve, and confess that we are a people broken and separated from God by sin. By taking time to consider our sin, we will be better able to understand our desperate need for a Savior and begin the process of preparing our hearts for the weight of Good Friday and the joy of Easter Sunday. We would love for you to join us for this special service.
